How do I book a photography session?

You can book directly through our website’s contact form or by reaching out via email/phone. We’ll confirm availability and discuss your ideas.

What types of photography do you offer?

We cover portraits, family sessions, newborn, weddings, events, commercial, and lifestyle shoots. If you have a specific idea, let’s chat and make it happen!

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of your session.

When will I receive my edited photos?

Editing turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks for standard sessions and 4–6 weeks for weddings. Rush options may be available.

Can I request specific edits or retouching?

Yes! We provide professional editing and light retouching. If you’d like additional edits, just let us know.

Do you travel for photography sessions?

Yes, we do! Travel within 30 miles of Catterick Garrison is included, and we can travel further upon request (mileage fees may apply).

What types of prints do you offer?

We provide high-quality prints, canvases, posters, wall art, and custom products to showcase your images beautifully.

Can I print photos I didn’t have taken with Shutter Bloom?

Absolutely! You can send us your digital files, and we’ll print them to professional standards.

What paper and materials do you use for prints?

We use premium photo paper and professional-grade materials for all our products to ensure long-lasting quality.

How long does it take to receive my prints?

Standard print orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Custom products may take longer

Do you offer framing services?

Yes, at Victoria Prints we have a wide selection of frames to complement your prints and wall art.

Can I get digital copies as well as prints?

Yes! All photography sessions include digital images, with the option to order additional physical products. (please note some mini sessions may not include digital images but will be described at time of booking)

What makes Shutter Bloom different?

We combine professional photography with in house printing and framing giving you a seamless experience, from capturing your memories to holding them in your hands.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?

Life happens, we just ask for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! We have gift vouchers available for both photography sessions and print products perfect for special occasions.
